- Complete and submit the application form with a $150 fee plus $8 for a credit report.

- After submitting the above, receive and complete a Fingerprinting Kit, then return it to the North Dakota Real Estate Commission with a $41.25 check or money order payable to the ND Attorney General.
- Finish 45 hours of pre-licensing education from Commission-approved courses.
- Show proof of errors and omissions insurance.
- Receive official approval with a test ID number before scheduling the exam.
- Pay $20 to the Education, Research & Recovery Fund at licensing.
- Complete 15 hours of post-licensure education within one year after being licensed, certified by your broker.
